Acceptable Use Policy

The short list of things you agree NOT to do with Scheduleroby. Be kind, be safe, be lawful.

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") forms part of our Terms of Service. By using Scheduleroby you agree not to engage in the activities listed below. Violations may result in suspension or termination of your account.

1. Don't break the law

Don't use Scheduleroby for any unlawful purpose, or in any way that violates applicable Australian, state, or international laws or regulations.

2. Don't abuse the system

  • Don't attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service, other accounts, or our infrastructure.
  • Don't attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile or otherwise extract source code from the Service.
  • Don't introduce malware, viruses, or any code designed to disrupt the Service.
  • Don't try to overwhelm the Service with excessive requests (DDoS, scraping, automated abuse).
  • Don't bypass rate limits, security mechanisms or content restrictions.

3. Don't abuse AI features

  • Don't use Roby's AI features to generate content that's illegal, harmful, deceptive, or designed to harass others.
  • Don't use AI features to generate spam, scam content, or to impersonate others.
  • Don't attempt prompt injection or jailbreaking to extract data from other users or the underlying models.

4. Don't abuse Telegram or email features

  • The Telegram bot is for your personal scheduling use, not for broadcasting spam.
  • Don't use Scheduleroby's notification system to send unsolicited messages to other people.

5. Respect other users

  • If we add shared/team features in future, don't use them to harass, threaten or impersonate other users.
  • Don't share, expose or attempt to access another user's private data.

6. Don't violate intellectual property

Don't upload, share or generate content that infringes anyone's copyright, trademark, patent or other intellectual property rights.

7. Don't resell or sub-licence

Don't resell, rent, sub-licence, or otherwise commercialise the Service or any derivative of it without our written permission.

8. Reporting violations

If you become aware of any violation of this AUP — whether your own or someone else's — please report it to support@scheduleroby.app. We'll investigate and take appropriate action.

9. Consequences

We may, at our discretion: warn you, suspend your account, terminate your access, or report the matter to relevant authorities. Repeated or severe violations may result in permanent account termination without refund.

10. Changes

We may update this AUP from time to time. Material changes will be announced via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before they take effect.
