Terms of Service

The agreement between you and Scheduleroby. We've tried to keep it short, fair and human.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Scheduleroby ("Service"), operated by [REVIEW: Business entity name to be confirmed]("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use Scheduleroby. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

2. Your account

  • You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
  • You're responsible for all activity on your account.
  • Notify us immediately at support@scheduleroby.app if you suspect unauthorised access.

3. The Service

Scheduleroby is a task and calendar assistant with AI-powered suggestions, Telegram integration, Google Calendar sync, and other features described on our public pages. We're currently in free beta. We may introduce paid subscription tiers in future; if we do, we'll give you at least 30 days' notice before any previously-free feature moves behind a paywall, and you'll be able to choose whether to subscribe or stop using the affected feature.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Service in accordance with our Acceptable Use Policy. In short: don't break the law, don't abuse the system, don't spam other users, and don't try to reverse-engineer or disrupt the Service.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of all tasks, notes, contacts and other content you create ("Your Content"). By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to store, process and display Your Content solely for the purpose of operating Scheduleroby for you. We won't share Your Content with anyone except as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. AI-generated content

Roby's suggestions (recommended times, daily affirmations, summaries) are generated by third-party AI models and are provided "as is". They may occasionally be inaccurate, irrelevant or culturally insensitive. You are responsible for reviewing AI output before acting on it. We do not warrant that AI-generated content is fit for any particular purpose.

7. Third-party integrations

When you connect a third-party service (Google Calendar, Telegram), you also agree to that service's terms. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy or security of third-party services. You can disconnect any integration at any time from your account settings.

8. Beta status & service availability

Scheduleroby is provided "as is" and "as available". During the beta period, the Service may be modified, suspended or discontinued without notice. We aim for high uptime but make no formal SLA guarantees. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties (express or implied) including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with the Service is limited to AUD $100 or the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, whichever is greater. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including lost data or missed appointments. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded by contract.

10. Termination

You can delete your account at any time from the Privacy settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, or applicable law. On termination, your data enters the 30-day recovery window described in our Privacy Policy before permanent deletion.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
