Our pricing promise
Eventually we'll need to charge for some features to keep the lights on. When that happens:
- At least 30 days' written notice before anything changes.
- A genuinely useful free tier — not a 'free' tier that's actually useless.
- Beta users get grandfathered perks.
- Discount programs for students, non-profits, and low-income users.
- No surprise fees, no dark patterns, no auto-billing traps.
Common questions
Is it really free?
Yes — completely free while we're in beta. No credit card, no trial timer, no usage caps. You'll get at least 30 days' notice before anything moves behind a paid tier, and we'll always offer a generous free option.
What happens when paid tiers launch?
We'll email every active user at least 30 days in advance with full pricing details. Anyone who signed up during beta will get grandfathered benefits — exactly what those look like is something we're still designing with our beta community.
Will my data move to a paid tier automatically?
Absolutely not. Your data stays yours regardless of which tier you're on. You'll always be able to export it as JSON, and you can delete your account any time (with a 30-day recovery window if you change your mind).
Do you offer discounts for students / non-profits / low-income users?
Yes — when paid tiers exist, we'll have transparent discount programs. Email support@scheduleroby.app and we'll sort something out. We don't believe productivity tools should be a privilege.
What does 'beta' actually mean?
It means we're still polishing, things may change, and we're actively listening to user feedback. The core experience is stable and used daily by real users — but expect new features, occasional rough edges, and rapid improvements.
